Who can take part?

Anyone aged 18 or over: individuals, independent professionals and businesses. You do not need to be a VURM customer.

Which projects earn a reward?

A new, agreed VURM Pro or VURM Business website project. Start, Growth, the self-service builder and subscriptions are outside this program.

How do you know who made the introduction?

The business owner names you in their first WhatsApp message or email, before the first proposal. We check the introduction manually. No personal tracking link is needed.

When will I receive the reward?

Within 30 days after a successful completed project, final payment in full and resolution of any cancellation or refund.

referral terms
  1. You must be at least 18. Applying is free and does not create an order or guarantee a reward.
  2. One reward applies per new customer, only for VURM Pro or VURM Business. Existing customers, active enquiries, self-referrals and duplicate claims are excluded. The first provable valid introduction wins if there are competing claims.
  3. The customer names the referrer before the first proposal and orders within 90 days of that introduction. VURM reviews the evidence and confirms the arrangement manually.
  4. Rewards are fixed amounts, not an ongoing percentage. For a cross-border introduction, VURM confirms the amount and currency in advance.
  5. Payment is made manually within 30 days after successful completion and final payment in full. Cancellations, refunds or payment disputes may change or remove entitlement to the reward. If it has already been paid, repayment of the affected reward may be required.
  6. The reward is not guaranteed to be net or tax-free. Any applicable VAT, tax obligations and payment details are agreed before payment. Applying does not include personal tax advice.
  7. Clearly tell people that you may receive a referral reward. Do not make misleading promises and follow applicable advertising and privacy rules. Do not send spam or use other people’s details without permission.
  8. Your application in VURM Operations is deleted within 365 days. We keep correspondence about the referral and reward only as long as needed to administer them. Separate financial records may require longer retention after a reward is paid. You can leave the program or request help with your privacy rights at info@vurm.nl.
