VURM Pro
Security baselineA professional website with up to five agreed core pages.
A new patient wants to know whether the practice fits their need, location, schedule and payment situation. Give those questions a calm route without turning public website copy into diagnosis or insurance confirmation.
Separate new-patient information, preventive care, restorative treatment and any genuine specialist services. Each page should explain what the practice provides, who handles the decision, and how a patient requests contact. Use the terms the practice approves and avoid suggesting that reading a page establishes suitability for treatment.
Put the address, access information, opening hours and actual urgent-contact instructions where patients can find them quickly on a phone.
A public appointment request can ask for contact details, preferred times and a broad reason for contact. It should not invite a detailed medical history, insurance documents or clinical photographs unless the practice has selected an appropriate system and reviewed its obligations. Staff confirm the appointment, treatment route and required records separately.
State whether the form requests an appointment or books one. Those are different promises.
Use plain descriptions of what happens before, during and after a visit, reviewed by the practice. Name clinician credentials only as held. Use original team and premises photography with permission. Before-and-after images, testimonials and outcome language need the practice’s legal and professional review.
Insurance participation, payment plans and pricing can change. Link to current practice information and make clear when a patient must confirm coverage with the insurer or office.
A single-location general practice needs a different structure from a multi-location practice or one with several specialist services. Copy preparation, staff profiles, accessibility information, migration of existing URLs and any connection to scheduling or patient systems affect scope.
VURM’s managed-build options can be shown from the current catalog. A proposal confirms exact pages and work. It does not include a patient portal, insurance verification or clinical system integration unless separately assessed and agreed.
List the recurring new-patient questions, the services the practice wants explained, and the information staff can keep current. That gives VURM a grounded page plan and gives patients a useful next step without adding claims the website cannot verify.
U.S. dollar prices are available by proposal. Online payment is not available yet.

This baseline applies to a website built by VURM. Your package and proposal still define the exact scope.
This baseline consists of the technical measures listed above. It is not a general security audit or a guarantee against every risk. We agree any additional checks and external integrations in your proposal.
Clear answers before you choose a website partner.
No. The page can explain services and how to request an appointment. A dentist determines suitability after the appropriate clinical assessment.
A basic public form should collect only what the practice needs to respond to the request. Medical history and clinical records belong in the practice’s approved patient process, not an ordinary marketing form.
Only an authorized insurer or the practice can confirm current coverage and patient responsibility. The website may describe accepted arrangements supplied by the practice, but patients should verify their own plan before relying on it.
Bring the services, examples and first-contact questions your team can verify. VURM will define the pages and responsibilities before work begins.
