VURM Pro
Security baselineA professional website with up to five agreed core pages.
A founder looking for bookkeeping support should not land in the same vague form as a household asking about a tax return. Separate the decision first, then ask only for the context needed to arrange a first conversation.
Give business owners, individuals and organizations separate starting points when the firm truly serves them. A business route can distinguish bookkeeping, payroll, accounts and advisory work. An individual route can explain the inquiries the firm accepts. This helps visitors rule themselves in or out before they send private information.
Each service summary should answer three questions: who it is for, what the first conversation covers, and what the firm needs before deciding whether it can help. Qualifications and memberships matter, but they should support that explanation rather than replace it.
A first-contact form can ask for name, business type, broad service need, preferred contact method and a short description. It should not ask a new visitor to upload returns, payroll records, identity documents or bank statements. If the firm accepts sensitive documents later, direct the client to the firm’s approved secure process after a staff member has reviewed the inquiry.
Make the form’s purpose explicit. Sending it requests a conversation; it does not create an adviser-client relationship, confirm a deadline or provide tax advice.
Create a focused page for a service only when the firm can explain the client, the work and the next step. Show a business owner what to prepare for a bookkeeping conversation, such as accounting period, current system and number of employees, without turning the page into a diagnostic questionnaire.
Link service pages to one clear contact route and to the firm’s actual team, location and availability information. Review time-sensitive tax dates and regulatory wording with the firm before publication.
A compact firm may need a home page, two or three service pages, an about page and contact. A firm serving several client types may need a larger structure, clearer routing and more source material. Design, copy preparation, supplied photography, integrations and migration work change the build scope.
VURM’s current managed-build options are shown in the pricing component on this page. The proposal confirms the pages, responsibilities, review round and total. Online storage, hosting and publishing use a separate Platform plan; third-party licenses and specialist integrations are scoped separately.
Bring the approved service list, client types, team details, locations and current contact process. VURM can turn those facts into a page structure and working inquiry route. Search settings can support a clear site, but no page can promise rankings, leads or a particular client result.

A custom business website with broader content and structure.
This baseline applies to a website built by VURM. Your package and proposal still define the exact scope.
This baseline consists of the technical measures listed above. It is not a general security audit or a guarantee against every risk. We agree any additional checks and external integrations in your proposal.
Clear answers before you choose a website partner.
Name the service, the client it fits, the questions covered in a first conversation and the next step. Add only current qualifications, locations and facts the firm has approved. Avoid a single list that mixes bookkeeping, payroll, tax and advisory work without explaining who each route serves.
No. Keep the public first-contact form to basic context. After staff review the inquiry, the firm can direct the prospective client to its approved secure document process. A normal website form should not become an improvised client portal.
Only when an integration is named and scoped in the proposal. A standard website can present services and provide a contact route. Connecting client portals, scheduling, CRM or accounting systems requires a separate feasibility, access and security review.
Bring the services, examples and first-contact questions your team can verify. VURM will define the pages and responsibilities before work begins.
