01Describe the work in customer language
Organise agreed services around pitched-roof repairs, flat-roof work, replacement projects, guttering or commercial roofing where the company genuinely offers them. A focused list is more useful than a claim to cover every roof problem.
02Explain where surveys are realistic
State the postcode areas, towns or travel range the team can assess. Do not create a local presence from a service-area phrase, and do not publish a timetable that the office cannot keep during weather or workload changes.
03Collect details a roofer can use
Ask for property type, town or postcode, roof type if known, the visible issue, safe photographs and preferred contact timing. The office still decides whether a survey, further information or another route is needed.
04Show completed work carefully
Use owned or permitted photographs with captions that say what was completed, not what every roof will cost or how long it will take. Remove house numbers, client names and anything that exposes a property.
