01Name the work the company accepts
Describe agreed services such as bathroom plumbing, leak investigations, heating-related plumbing, kitchen work or landlord maintenance only where those are genuine offers. Avoid broad wording that implies gas, drainage or emergency work when it is outside scope.
02Make coverage understandable
Give visitors an honest guide to the towns or postcode districts the business serves and explain any limit on travel. This informs a customer without implying a branch or creating a separate page for every nearby location.
03Ask for the facts that change the next step
A form can request property type, postcode, the work or symptom in plain words, photos where safe, and a preferred way to reply. The plumber decides availability, safety steps and whether a survey is appropriate.
04Build trust from real material
Use permitted images of finished bathrooms, pipework or teams at work, with captions that explain the project. Do not use a stock-looking gallery as if it proves local jobs, or show client addresses and paperwork.
