01Organise services by project type
Describe only the work the contractor accepts, such as planting plans, patios and paths, fencing, drainage, lawn work or planned maintenance. A visitor should be able to see whether the project belongs with the business before they send a message.
02Explain site-visit geography
Use genuine towns, postcode areas or travel limits and describe them as coverage, not a network of offices. Avoid cloning location pages when one honest area statement gives a customer the useful answer.
03Collect a workable first brief
Ask for location, approximate garden size, intended use, access constraints, timing and any existing photographs. A first contact does not replace a survey, design proposal, drainage assessment or fixed quotation.
04Use seasonal evidence responsibly
Show permitted work with captions about the brief, materials and finished use. Seasonal planting photographs need context, and images should not reveal a customer’s address or make a concept look like a completed client project.
